My experience consists over twenty years as an administrator in the public and private human services sector, although my passion for what I do is limitless! I have developed recognized program models at a local, regional, state and federal level and my goal is to work with you! I love training, teaching, public speaking, mentoring and one-on-one coaching. Beyond working with individuals my strengths are strategizing and working with organizations in building leadership development, developing programs, performance, innovative approaches to increase revenue & funding, community engagement, alignment to strategic partnerships, leveraging resources effectively and maximizing delivery of services. I have a Bachelor's in Social Science from CSU, Chico and have an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Sonoma State.
