Welcome! I am Lucy Hernandez, and I launched my consulting business with a vision of helping small and large organizations succeed. I, along with my strategic tools, which have been utilized by many agencies to meet outcomes & improve their internal performance, is now available to help you lead your organization. My goal is to also help you as a manager/executive to realize the full potential of both operations & of your team members to build a thriving organization for your community.

Lucy Hernandez, MBA, Owner/Principal at Lucy Hernandez Consulting, CCAP & NCRT, has over 20 years of extensive experience as an administrator in public and private non-profit organizations in both rural and urban communities including Community Action Partnership and human services sector. Ms. Hernandez is a strategist that has developed and managed a diverse portfolio of programs, services and led multiple innovative initiatives. She has developed recognized program models at a local, regional, state and federal level, and has presented at State and National Conferences. Her strengths are in providing strategic approaches for organizations, businesses and institutions to improve performance, leadership development, leveraging resources effectively, innovative approaches to funding/sustainability, strengthen community engagement efforts & relationships, and maximizing delivery of services through a collective impact model. Ms. Hernandez is a Certified Community Action Professional (CCAP), National Certified Results-Oriented Management & Accountability Trainer, and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. She has a B.A. in Social Science from California State University of Chico and has an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Sonoma State University.
