My Why......

 

Welcome! I am Lucy Hernandez, and I launched my consulting services with a vision of helping small and large organizations succeed.  Why is this important? because I am a former client of community programs/services and know how important it was to have staff that believed in my potential and helped me get back on my feet....If it were not for the amazing, empathetic, caring, and non-judgmental staff helping me navigate through the many services available, I would have not been able to become self-sufficient and keep my family together. I gained a tribe of professionals who built a collective plan and a safety net that helped me achieve my case plan goals....I knew one day I wanted to become a human services professional offering these opportunities to other Lucy's--that is why I committed over 25 years in this field and today, I pay it forward by building thriving organizations, innovative services, and a strengths-based culture to keep opening doors and opportunities to families and individuals in our communities. Today, I get the opportunity to pay it forward for many communities!

 

I am passionate about using my strengths and help build innovative strategies, develop strategic plans, leverage funding sources, and build partnerships through my customized consulting and training opportunities. My goal is to build a strengths-based workforce to increase organizational impact, help meet outcomes, and improve internal performance. My goal is to start by focusing on helping you as an administrator/executive to maximize the full potential of your organization's operations and your team members to build a thriving organization for your community and meet your board's expectations. I have had the opportunity to consult for many counties in CA and have trained thousands of professionals, which has been an honor!

 

My team and I will work together to help you produce amazing results! I sincerely believe there is a  strategic approach through Training and technical assistance to improve your operations and build a dynamic team via strengths-based professional development. I believe that our staff are the heartbeat of our organization and that we are all unique with a special gift to share.
